Our retail produce market is located on highway 287 (Main Street) in Longmont. We are open daily in our retail market 10-5 from mid-July to October, or sometimes a little longer.
We carry all the vegetables listed on the "Vegetable List” page plus some locally grown fruits such as apples, peaches, and pears. One of our big attractions is our Boulder County grown fresh roasted peppers. They are roasted fresh to order by the bushel every day. We also offer a few varieties by the pound on the weekend. We carry many varieties, such as Jalapenos, Hungarian hot wax, Anaheims, Big Jims, Dynamite, and Poblano, to name a few. The flavor of our Colorado chilies is outstanding. Another popular item is our tomatoes, as the flavor again is like no other and the prices are very good. Lastly, we have many daily regulars for our yummy Longmont-grown sweet corn. Also on the more exotic side we sell the Mexican delicacy "Huitlacoche" available upon request and to be ordered a day in advance.
If you are interested in buying a box or two of something please call the market and place an order at least a day in advance, as we pick fresh daily.
Oh, and don't forget to bring the kids in October to pick out pumpkins in our pumpkin patch. Some of the biggest pumpkins in Boulder County!
